Need to make a claim?

If your policy is with Aviva please call 08000 156 166*. If your policy is with Mulsanne please call 0333 003 3189*.

Our opening hours are: Monday-Thursday: 9am-5pm. Friday: 9am-4pm. Saturday: 9am-5pm (closed for lunch between 12.30pm-1.30pm). Sundays: Closed.

It’s our intention to provide you with a high level of customer service at all times. However, should you be unhappy with our service or have any cause for dissatisfaction we have a formal complaints procedure.

In the first instance you should contact us by E-mail, telephone or in writing with full details. Please include the policy details if applicable.

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service
