You need to use your permanent UK home address. If you make a claim on the policy, you might be asked to provide proof that you live at this address.
These are just some of the more common reasons for declining a payment. They may not be specific to you. Please try again as it may be caused by a lost internet connection. Otherwise we recommend you try a different internet browser, a different device or a different payment method. You can also try paying through PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to do this. Select ‘pay as guest’ with a credit or debit card on the PayPal website. If you’re still having trouble, try contacting the cardholder’s bank to make sure there is no block on the transaction.

If we can’t insure you, it’s because of one (or more) of these reasons – we don’t get any more information from our underwriters. They have specific criteria, so please don’t worry – it’s nothing personal!
The licence is validated against the driver details. Please make sure the driver’s name and date of birth have been entered exactly as shown on the licence and that the driving licence number is only 16 characters long.
We can insure a car for up to 30 days. If you need longer cover, you can take out a new policy at the end of the 30 days. The shortest time we can insure a car is one hour. The policies are only for consecutive days on cover.
If you can’t complete our application, it’s probably because some of the information isn’t recognised.
